1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website https://pracklin.com and services provided by Pracklin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Pracklin provides software development, web design, mobile application development, AI automation, CRM systems, and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
3. Project Engagement
All projects require a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables. Work begins only after mutual agreement and receipt of any required deposit. Changes to project scope may affect timeline and cost.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are defined per project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest or project suspension. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables as defined in the project agreement. Pracklin retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general methodologies. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary content, access credentials, and approvals required for project completion. Delays in client deliverables may extend project timelines accordingly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pracklin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, or use automated systems to scrape or overload our services. We reserve the right to restrict access for violations of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
